Welcome to your Queendom

Welcome Queens! I am so excited to finally have a space where I can link all of my ideas together and share them with you! I want to provide you with the tools that I have had in my own life and some insight into the confidence I have recently discovered to help you dominate your own! Let’s get right into it.

Women of all ages are faced with challenges day in and day out.  Girls even as young as 6-8 years old are beginning to struggle with body image issues.  Once they hit those teenage years, good luck, because they have most likely already chosen to drop out of physical activity for fear of being teased for the way they look. Fast forward to young adulthood, just finishing university and starting our real lives (I hope to be there one day soon!), and you are bombarded on social media with ‘this’ diet and ‘that’ cleanse and the constant reminder that you are inadequate.  No one is perfect and that’s okay!  Anyone here a working mom? Think about the struggles women face when they welcome the next generation into the world and now must balance work and home life…what happened to their personal lives and how those mothers view themselves? Let’s fast forward even further to those empty nesters whom now have time for themselves but have no idea where to begin on this health journey? I’ve got you covered!

I have been asked by a few people if my blog will be targeting young women since I am just a 20-something university student.  Absolutely not! I am here to provide insight from my own experiences and the knowledge I have gathered along the way to help each and every one of you apply these tools to your own lives.

What’s my ultimate goal in all of this? Confident women who are capable of creating positive lifestyle changes.  No matter where you come from, your age, or the starting point on your journey, I want to create a community of women exuding power with a desire to be better versions of themselves.

On my page, you will find weekly blog posts shared every Sunday following today’s special launch post as well as information regarding my fitness classes.  This site is a work in progress and I am excited to say that there is a logo in progress too which should be released in the near future.

Be fierce. Be strong. Be vibrant. Find your QueenDOM.
