BARRE CLASSES
Barre is a movement class inspired by ballet and Pilates, and moves to the beat of the music. This is an endurance style class where you use light weights and high repetitions to burn out your muscles and get the ultimate barre burn. Some classes may have metabolic (cardio) components, but there are always low and high impact options to suit your needs.
