This section includes workouts that are 20 minutes or less in length. The express classes below are a compilation of shorter classes from all other class types within the platform. If you wish to view more specific classes from a certain movement type, please visit that respective category. Ideally, these express classes can be completed in combination to get a well-rounded workout, after a walk/run/bike to add to your workout, or as a stand alone session when you are short on time.
